Could someone please share with me the steps that I need to pursue to set up a outside Coffee Station: To sell only Coffee in Rancho Cucamonga,CA

MIchael, this is a very generic question.

There a few areas to look into and each one has it's own answer based on your local codes, suppliers and local market.

You probably need to start with:

Business plan: You need to at least draw down some numbers based on your competition. If you don't plan to ask for a load your business plan can just be for yourself and not super detailed. You need a framework, know what to expect.

The product: do you have your supplier already? Research prices in your area and in similar businesses.

Permits: Your town will have its own specific requirements since you are basically selling food. They MAY require an insurance.

IRS: You will need a tax ID to report your sales.

CC Charges: You will need a merchant account to accept different types of payments.
