Hi, I lives in Canada and for my new outlet fashion brand, I planned to do some good quality printing and campaign design as my outdoor advertising (billboards). Can anyone please suggest to me a good company with this stuff!

If you need some good design work done why not check out a few of the design freelance sites and put up a job or 2 and see what kind of bids you get. Maybe check out a design specific community like:

If you are serious about business, then contact some advertising specialists in your area and have them quote on what work you need done. Don't try and be someone you are not and don't cut corners. if you are in business for the lang haul then get used to buying expertise.
