My partner and I are trying to find investors for a start up restaurant and branding around our friend who is a "rock star" chef. He is an award winning executive chef at a top 5 restaurant in a large metropolitan area. He has over 19 years experience in the kitchen, 10 of which he has been an executive chef fully in charge of all aspects of the kitchen. He has a loyal clientele that will undoubtedly follow him to the new venue. My partner has 15 years experience in the bar/restaurant business, specifically earning a living by helping set up bars and restaurants, then walking away once they are up and running. We have all the pieces for success in place, we just need the money. This is not your typical startup restaurant as the experience and the name recognition is already there. Any ideas of how to get our plan and our client in front of interested investors?
