Hello everyone,

I've recently considered starting an organic skin-care company.  Actually, my idea starts with creating one super star product and going from there.

My question is: With all of the existing beauty products out there now, does this seem like a smart business idea in such an incredibly competitive market?

At this point, I'm simply doing as much research I possibly can before committing to my business idea.

A smart business idea is one that you have passion for! If cosmetics is your passion, then go for it. You can start small and local, build a following and expand. Think unique and remarkable - there's always room in the market for that!

Pay special attention to packaging and what you are "really" selling (i.e., not face cream but natural beauty,etc).

I had an idea of that kind, but it stayed a dream, perhaps that wasn't actually for me.

Yet cosmetics is such an attractive niche, girls often go stare at it when depressive. Or when happy. Well, i just love the idea)

although rampant of skin care products still the demands of skin soap and other beauty products are very high on its demand.So I think your choose of today is for skin problems.
