Hi,
I am researching possible business ideas, and I am trying to find a producer of organic clothing, particularly shirts for now, that is based in the United States. If possible, I would prefer them to be located on the East coast. Also, if there are any companies that produce their product from commodities grown inside the US borders, would even be best. Thanks!

There are a few great companies out there, but two off the top of my head:

and Eight Bottles, a really cool company that makes the softest shirts out of recycled soda bottles!! http://www.eightbottles.com
If you have designs (artwork) and want to start getting them out there, zazzle.com is a good place and they do offer organic materials although I am not 100% sure if they're are domesticallly produced.
You may also want to explore the world of hemp clothing :)
