Hi SuN friends. I need some feedback.
We are trying to implement our internal policy to cover all aspects of avoiding fraud through our online site. We`ve come up with a policy that if $X is ordered, we will do additional verification to ensure that the order is in fact real and not fraudulent.
Curious as to what other online retailers are doing to help deter fraud and what percentage of your business sales are fraudulent?
We will be using PayPal Payments Pro as our merchant service. Has anyone had any experiences as far as dealing with fraud with them?
