Does anyone here know of any sites that have the same size and variety of employees in their database as Monster.com, but has a cheaper sign up fee? Also, has anyone had success using Craigslists to browse resumes or post job openings?

Currently someone to do our Quickbooks on a part time basis. In the future it will be various accounting and financial functions that I will be hiring on a part time basis.

Hi. I see you are from Denver. I am from Hays, KS, which is about 450 miles East of you on I-70. Hays is home to Fort Hays State University. Many students from FHSU end up in Denver after graduation for a job. They have a fair sized pool of accounting majors. It might be worth posting a listing on their Career Services site: http://www.fhsu.edu/career/ I believe it is free to register. Just a thought. Good luck!

I am a recruiter and I have used Craigslist successfully. Accounting should be relatively easy to find on this site. Good Luck!
