Hi, I'm looking for an investor, preferably someone who lives near the Washington, DC area, who will invest $15,000 in a website which will sell anti-aging Ebooks and other products.  The initial products for this business venture have already been created and are waiting to be sold.  Ideally, this investor will also be able to offer ideas on how to take this business idea and run with it, make it better, and must be knowledgeable about effective methods of online advertising.  They'll also receive a 45% stake in the company.

The niche here is for information products that emphasize using natural supplements and nutrition to slow the aging process--that is a largely untapped niche.  The target market will be those over age 35, the baby boomers, etc., who want to look and feel great as long as possible.

I like working as part of as a team and I like being on the same wavelength as someone who shares the same vision of building wealth.  Also, I prefer that this person be someone for whom the investment not be a big deal, someone who is already financially well-established, who perhaps sees this as a fun chance to earn extra money, or as a chance to mentor an up and coming businessperson.  When this idea works (and it will, with the right advice from the right investor), the investor stands a chance to make a lot of money.  If it doesn't (I'm confident while being realistic), then we walk away w/o having really lost anything.  That's the direction I'm coming from on this.  I want to give this business the best possible chance to succeed.

Serious inquiries only, please.  For further information, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself and I'll get a PDF of my business plan over to you and we'll go from there.  Thanks!
