We are a food manufacturing facility currently co-manufacturing for another company (for peanuts).  However, we are also starting to get a lot of response for our own products being presented to retailers such as Trader Joe`s.  Our strength is in product development and manufacturing.  This is being complimented by a brokerage firm, a couple of distributors who want our product, and sales generated by ourselves to show items to Safeways, Albertsons, Ralphs, and Costco.  We are just running short on working capital.  We are 6 months operational and are seeking $350K.  Any questions, opinions, or help is appreciated.  Thank you.

I imagine there is an expansion plan or strategic planning that lays the roadmap your company wants to pursue?

You`ve come to the right place for advice on funding and expansion.  SuN has some great articles on raisong capital, and I`m absolutely sure some of the members much more qualified for this type of advice will chime in here soon.

Good Show!

Yes we do have a plan.  The capital would be used for expansion of distribution, sales, marketing and private labeling.  I do have the details on that as well.  The response we get from our limited showing is great!  Our broker for Trader Joe`s picked 6 development items to show for paneling, and he stated that the norm he would show from one client is 1 or 2 at the most.  We are in the median scale foodstuffs niche that is clearly absent in the "commodity" dominated food market.  People are ready to taste something more than the regular styrofoam tasting potato and macaroni salads.  I sincerely appreciate your time and input.

Were you thinking debt or equity to acquire this $350K?
