He has no clue about the free market or business at all. He`s never had any
executive experience nor any job with any real responsibility so he will
devastate small businesses with taxation and regulation.

I second, triple, quad, etc. all that.
America thinks the economy is bad now...wait till Obama gets in the White House, if he does...his liberal spending, and overall inexperience is dangerously outrageous.

Folks, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE  UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUP!

Are we really comfortable electing someone who is associated with underground evils and crooks  like AYERS, SAL, etc. not to mention the corrupt community organizer company of ACORN?  We thought Clinton was bad but Obama is evil.  Everyone he is associated with is a crook, corrupt, down right evil.

Obama is a lawyer.  He is good with words, charm, deceit and he can bluff his way through any debate, interview.  He is a sweet talker with nothing to show for.  What has he done for America compared to what MCCAIN has done?

He has taken lots of money from us and spent them on what?

IF OBAMA WINS THE ELECTION, IT`S NOT BECAUSE OF HIS GOOD MERITS AND EXPERIENCE.  IF OBAMA WINS THE ELECTION IT`S BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN /CORRUPTED BY HIS UNDERGROUND EVIL ASSOCIATES HE CALLS FRIENDS!  That makes Obama evil!

I don`t hate Obama.  I think he is a smart guy and cute too and someday he might make a fine President but he has to do it the right way.  Not through coercion, corrupt, lies and deceit. Get some experience ...go out and run something .  He has to clean up his past and come clean.   I will definitely vote for that Obama.

Here is a question: If you could have anyone in the white house as President, who would it be and why?

McCain is the man to save the day...open your eyes, Bush put us in this mess, McCain will make it worse.

Everytime a Republican resides we end up in debt...how convenient is that?

Oh wow! Sure glad to drop back by SuN to catch the political discussion (not!~)

Erin: Alexander Hamilton; he never got a shot (except for that one from Burr) and I think his positions on national vs state rights, and letting "people" vote in general would be interesting.

Did you mean someone living?  How about Thomas Friedman; he seems kind of sharp and thoughtful about the world around us.

No, just want to hear what people are looking for and the reasons why etc.. We need solutions and a heck of a lot to back that up. Not reasons why someone should not but reasons why we think someone should represent this nation. We are all so quick to disagree but it takes a us as a "people" to do something...act.. not just go along for the ride and complain. There are plenty of "star" human beings capable but it takes the nation to help bring these folks to power of government. I know, we all need to be more involved, at all times not just every four years, where everyone likes to lay their claim and place the blame. Wouldn`t it be great if we all worked hard at realizing others potential all along and helping taht leader rise to a represenative of all of us as a nation.. instead of letting the inside pull this one and that one from the crowd of themselves. This is why I asked the question.. over the next four years, 8--etc.. think about how you can help bring the person you BELIEVE in to the election.

Well as I can`t raise the dead I`ll have to work on Tom ... thank you for the brain thought as it`s an interesting challenge as I don`t normally go, "hey s/he would be a great leader" much less think about what I can do to bring them forward ... I`ll have to get back to you when I find the right one(s).

I`d take him any day over the whack job Palin/McCain. True, she isn`t running for President, but with McCain`s age and health, one has to consider the strong possibility that she could be President of the United States, and that my friend is a much scarier thought.

I almost have to wonder if McCain is purposely trying to lose? Or, there`s the possibility no one else wanted the job. It`s shocking, and almost disgusting just to hear her speak and answer questions.

I`m sorry, but Palin is a bad JOKE!

How can you try to defend the `moose` in the headlights look with a straight face?

Seriously... are we all watching the same interviews???

There will never be any agreement here on whether McCain is better or Obama is better for our country.

That said, I must note that John McCain`s economic advisor is Phil Gramm.  Phil Gramm and John McCain both strongly advocated deregulation of the financial markets, which led us directly into the mess we`re in now.  John McCain wants to do the same thing with Social Security and health care.

No thanks.

I`m all for free markets, but not when you`re literally gambling with peoples` lives.

Call Obama a Marxist if you want.  Karl Marx was right about a lot of things, like it or not.

I`ve asked this in another thread - Do you want to live in a "me" society, or a "we" society?  I`ll take the latter.
