Your webhost provider may offer installation via "fantastico". It`s the easiest way to install ZenCart. This provides you with a "default" template. To make it match your site, some graphics work and possible coding may be needed.. or you can purchase a template and modify that.
Otherwise you might check ZenCart`s installation tutorial.
