Hello Everybody,
I just got done reading a book about starting an Import / Export Business and had a few questions regarding brand names. In the book it recommended that I use one of the factories products that they already make (OEM original equipment manufacturing) and then just slap my brand on it and import it then sell it. I have some names in mind that I would like to use as my brand but I dont know if I need to get it registered and or with whom do I register it? If I do need to get it registered is there a way to do it inexpensively? Is it possible not to register it, then after I have made some money on the products pay to get it registered properly? Thanks for your help.
