I'm thinking about starting a non-medical senior care business. My biggest concern is that there are several established franchises, and a few independent businesses in my area that provide the same services(companionship, personal care, errands, light housekeeping).  I'm intimidated.  What other services could I provide that would help me stand out from the crowd?...Help!!

How about offering some light yard work as well, such as planting bulbs/flowers, raking leaves, and weeding small gardens?

Or what about the pet business and the little child business , help them to take care of the pet or children when they have some to do or on work  .
