All search engines consider links regardless of the attribute attached to that link. The no follow tag was created to actually mark "advertising" links for the search engines to know the links was there for advertising purposes.

No matter what any expert tells you, you should have do follow and no follow links both. Personally I do not worry about if links are do follow or not. I participate on sites that I feel are a benefit to myself and my business.

nofollow link doesn't matter in terms of getting high ranking in google but it does matter in yahoo...In Google It could only helps you to increase link popularity...

I think if you look on google webmaster tools you will see that on the links sectionthe no follow links appear there. :)

Dofollow link better than nofollow , because nofollow will not give that much weight for your site on Google ranking. But one best thing about nofollow is it capable for providing more traffic to your website.
