Instead of pointing fingers or taking credit for being right/careful, lets look forward to see what we can do collectively. This forum will not accomplish anything by highlighting missteps made by individuals - I'm not saying we should turn a blind eye, but lets stay focussed on the goal of funding.
From what we have seen, I'm pretty sure we can all come up with a few things that are important for any service that is going to supply this type of funding. And no matter how exciting a program looks or how much sense it seems to make, we need to make sure that those criterion are met before we jump on the bandwagon.
Still, nothing ventured nothing gained - while its important to try things, we should also be learning from all of these scams and failed programs.
