Is it legal or OK to post a link to your business website on Facebook or other social media websites or do you have to have a business page in order to do this. I searched the website but did not find an answer. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There's nothing illegal about posting your link to your site on Facebook. What is illegal, is spamming on people's Facebook page with links to your site.
