Hi Everybody--

I finally got through to the Business Licensing Dept., have an appointment for next week to get "the package" of what`s needed for the license, and got input from them regarding the "transferring" of the license, which is legal because I will have already gotten the proper licenses on my own and is simply a bookkeeping thing on the Licensing Dept.`s part.  It`s a Privilege License because the City/County feels it is one of those businesses requiring additional monitoring (like gaming or adult bookstores) and, interestingly enough, none of my previous fingerprinting and FBI background checks crossover.  Every single license in Las Vegas requires its own special fingerprinting and b/g checks.  How`s that for revenue boosting! 

I really am trying to accomplish due diligence (and have appreciated your input for things I might not have known needed investigating).
