I have noticed all the visitors come from either google or yahoo. And the keywords used are related to what I currently offering. So, the visitor knows what is looking for but can't seem to find it in my website. The average time on site is about 3mins 14secs.

There must be something not right that is causing the customer to leave without attempting to make a purchase.

The first thing I encountered is that the graphic for sizing did not load. When I changed the size for a particular product, the typical breeds did not change. So, unless I know where my tape measure is (or have dressed my dog recently), I don't know what size to buy.

I put an item in my shopping cart, but on the item page, there is no link to show the contents of my cart or checkout. Once I went back to the home page and found a link to the cart, it seems that checking out is a familiar process.

The product prices seem in line with other dog-wear.
