Hello! My name is Tricia and I am a newbie here. I`ve been in affiliate marketing for 5 years and have just now hired enough employees to give me time to look outside my little box of work. I look forward to sharing information with and learning from all of you! I`ve been looking around the site and I can tell already that this is a fabulous place for learning how to grow my business and connect with others who are doing the same.

Hi Tricia :-) Welcome to the community. When you say you`ve just now hired enough employees to give you more time, do you mean they`re employed in your affiliate business?

Hi Craig,

Yes, my main company is my rewards site. It got to be too big, so I hired two people to work with me there. So now I have time to work on my other sites (which I actually enjoy more). It`s been a big switch for me in terms of delegation and trust, but I love having more time to do things besides all of the day-to-day business tasks.
