I have an idea to build a group of websites to leads. I have a marketing back ground and have the business plan that I feel can make this idea happen. But need someone who can take the ideas I have and make them happen. I have friends who have used this site to get great ideas and really want to get the help this community can bring.

You`re the person who will make it happen. You`d hire a Web programmer to design and build the site you have in mind, or the groups of sites. You`d develop a marketing plan, sell the idea to those who might have money or interest to invest, and make it work.

Yep, you`re the person that can make it happen. Plan and set your goals and find people with complimentary skills who believe in you and your vision enough to help move the idea towards the goal. Keep moving in the right direction and you`ll see progress.

Hi Dallas,

You have the idea and you have the business plan, what you don`t have is confidence to get this thing off the ground. Trust me, we call all relate, but this website you describe won`t design itself, so hire some programmers and get the ball rolling. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, even if it is just the sheer experience of realizing your dream.

What type of websites did you plan to start? I know some people that might be interested in doing them for a percentage so you don`t have to invest anything. Also, you know they will do a good job since they only make money if the sites work.
