Sometimes people have experience and knowledge but not enough references or too faded resume to get a job or a higher position.

Most of them make it brighter or in other words falsify it to some extent.

So, my idea is to set up a service which helps people with this problem:

1. Help with falsifying your resume
2. Developing falsified LinkedIn, ZoomInfo profiles
3. Falsifying recommendations and references.

Of course it should not be 100% falsified.
There should be true facts and something that makes it brighter.

At this moment I haven`t found any similar services.

If anybody is interested in partnership to implement this idea we can discuss it in detail.

You`re right that people embellish resumes but I think you`ll run into issues of morality when it comes to making it a business.  I wonder if you could find any statistics about how many people do so versus how many actually admit to it.  There`s a difference.

Also, using words like "falsify" makes you already sound shady.  Helping people lie sounds like trouble to me.

I can`t wait to see what happens to your business after you have hired the first 5 employees that have used your service. Make sure none of them are handling your money.

Umm, you might want to reconsider this business model.  Why not offer services that highlight folks accomplishments?  You could still do just about everything you talk about, just doesn`t sound so dirty.

You could take the route/value proposition of "x% of potential employers Google potential employees before even setting up an interview.  We`ll make sure that search results in a call for that dream interview or your money back!"

That might win you more business - and help you sleep better at night.

You have used the key words that will already set the alarms off - falsifying information. Although it is common that there are many applicants who falsify their information, having a business that is based on doing so is on the same level as those who falsify diplomas and degrees. Please reconsider and think about the negative exposure that may not only affect you but your family as well - there are those investigative shows that look for businesses just like yours...........

I can see great potential for this in fields such as child care, teaching, banking, security, and oh...all sorts of places where honesty, integrity, reliability, and trust matter.

...........(yeesh!)............
