Hey everyone.  I have recently found this incredible site.  StartUp  Nation is just the thing I have been looking for.  My name is Bill.  I live in Tampa, FL with my beautiful fiance Rhonda.  I am currently attending Florida Metropolitan University in Tampa and working towards my associates degree in marketing and scheduled to graduate in Feb. 2007.  From there, I am not sure if I am going to continue on towards my bachelors degree in marketing or management.  I am also looking at starting my own business making Floribbean (most call them Hawaiian shirts) and other tropical inspired clothing.  I do not have a web site set up just yet, but as soon as I do, I will let you all know.  I really look forward to meeting and taliking with as many of you as I can to get good advice on how to start and continue on with my business.

Talk to you soon,

Bill

CaboBill -

Welcome to this fun little corner of the big round world!  Being a Hawaiian shirt kind of guy - it`s usually how people find me in the crowd at design conferences - I look forward to taking a look at your product.

Thanks Rich.  I think it`s great that you take an active role in the forums and the site.  And what do you mean by "barefoot jimmy buffett types?"  Parrot heads are a more evolved species, we wear flip flops

Jeff, I look forward to speaking with you about my logo.  I kept it simple because I believe it in the K.I.S.S approach. I will get some pictures of my shirts and other items up on a site soon for you to see.

My wife bought me soooo many Hawaiian last year, I told her to stop. I think I have about 10-15 shirts. I wear at least 6 a week. Yep. I take one day off, just to spice it up a bit. I where them tucked or untucked. All depends on the heat of the day. I am interested in seeing what you have though. Please upload some shots.
