Hey there SuN community.

Well I am not new to starting and operating a business, but to SuN. I am currently unemployed, by choice so, have been busy searching for the right opportunity for a boomer. My most recent job was that of a C&A (Child & Adolescent) psychotherapist in a residential facility. I have been searching for that passionate opportunity and it sometimes is so plain we ignore or over look it. Seems we try to make something so easy difficult. I have considered recruiting and staffing franchises to e-commence opportunities. Not until I started reading the boards did my true passion show it’s face, COACHING.     

So I want to thank all you folks who seem to be drowning in this process of starting and operating a business for the help.

I work at a Palmetto Baptist on the Adolescent Unit as a teacher. I am working on my doctorate in education ( I am in the dissertation stage) and plan on teaching at a college or starting my own educational consulting business. I sew for stress relief and was starting to get a very large build up of materials so I thought I would make a go at selling them. (www.daisylanedesigns.net)  As if I didn`t have enough to do that is. What kind of coaching do you want to do? life? individual therapy? how will this be different from what you did at the RF? will you ever be able to get adolescents out of your head? (I hope so)
