Here`s one example of a NYC bakery....

Security deposit = $4,000
Construction= $28,250
Start-up Inventory= $3,000
Equipment= $35,000
Pots & Pans= $2,500

Total Start-Up Costs= $73,005

Rent & Utilities= $2,800 a month
Staffing= $5,143 a month
Inventory= $3,000 a month
Insurance= $700 a month
Rough Monthly Expenses= $11,643 (without owners salary)
