Thank you Nikko. I was not a surprised about all the requirements, but the costs, wow! I`ve been looking at the sites you listed. As well as trying to obtain as much info as I can to prepare me to move forward w/theis venture. It`s my dream. Thanks for the detailed info. And all your time, assistance & effort.
