Hello!

We are estabilishing a business in NYC area and we are looking for a Sales man to lead our sales here.

We are a small company and we will be interviewing some candidates, but we are not sure about how much would be a decent remuneration for New York. We are looking for a remuneration based on commission, but with a minimum fixed salary.

Just would like to know you thoughts about how decent is the offer.

We are thinking about a $15-20 per hour rate, plus a 15-20% commission over all incoming sales.

We are a web and mobile development firm. This is a very booming market and we expect good amount of monthly sales. So, a successful lead will be able to make very reasonable amount of money. We are looking for new generation professionals, with interest in growing with us.

We are based in Brasil but 2 of the company directors will be staying in NYC. We already have some customers in the USA.

Please let me now what you think about this type of proposal and if it could be attractive for the market here. We already have some interviews scheduled with some candidates.
