In my MySpace blog before Christmas I posted a blog that quoted the late, great John Lennon, "And so this is Christmas, and what have you done?  Another year over, and a new one just begun."

I would like to know what you all have done and what your New Year`s Resolutions are.  I will start.

I stayed in college and I am scheduled to graduate with my Associate`s Degree in Marketing on Feb. 18th, I got engaged to my soul mate Rhonda (she`s the greatest thing that has ever happened to me), and I reopened my Cabo Loco site.  In the grand scheme of things it doesn`t look like much in writing, but when I think about all of the hours in class, doing homework, making the President`s list for my grade`s in all but one quarter (shameless self promotion, but I was never a good student in high school), registered for classes to attain my Bachelor`s Degree in Business Management, and the quality time that Rhonda and I have spent together, it really was a full year.

My New Year`s Resolutions are; trade mark my company name, open up a real web site for my products, lose weight before the wedding (which has now been moved up to February instead of May), quit smoking... again, and finally, to make my company as successful as I possibly can with the limited time that I have.

I am so glad that I found out about S.U.N.  It has been a pleasure to meet you all and to learn from your experience.  I look forward to the coming year with you all.

I wish you all a very happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year,

Bill

My new years resolution is to procrastinate less, and listen to my fiance more.

I sorta cut/pasted from a post I left a few minutes ago... but they`re still my words, ok.?

I`m usually the person who says, "Resolutions..? They`re cheesy." However lately, I`ve found myself mentally compiling a list of goals(a.k.a. resolutions) for myself for 2007.

I realized the reason I really never got into resolutions in the past is because for the past 10yrs I`ve been in the US Marine Corps, so my days, months and years have pretty much been very much regimented and there really haven`t been many surprises for me and my family. Well, I did find myself in some unexpected places(i.e., Iraq, Phillipines), but I guess that comes with the military territory. I`m good in the relationship and finances categories, so again, no reason to dwell on resolutions... until 2007.

2007 is going to bring some major changes in my life and my family`s lives. This is the year I have decided to end the military chapter of my life and FINALLY pursue my Entrepreneurial passion!

So with all that being said, here`s a quick list of my New Year resolutions for 2007:

1. Incorporate my recently launched business, Patriot Laundry Valet Services.
2. Launch an aggressive marketing campaign for Patriot Laundry Valet Services.
3. Bring on 1-2 additional part-time employees(drivers) for Patriot Laundry Valet Services.
4. Generate enough income to receive a salary that will exceed my current salary, which will allow me and my family to remain in California after I leave the military. (The wife has a good job we prefer not to let go)
5. For MyMilitaryClassifieds.com to catch the attention of military folks and become a popular place for them to buy/sell products and services to others online.
6. Learn how to snowboard. Haven`t done it in 5yrs.
