The image is interfaced into my site much higher, however, is sized automatically and I have only three options, what you see is the best that I could do.  I called godaddy for assistance regarding your suggestions, but templates are so  limited that my creativity was hindered.

Jackie, if you upload this image from your hard drive to their site in any process at all, their resizing can be taken into account. We have the same problem with eBay, where they automatically resize gallery and thumbnail pics, and we can`t control it.

What we CAN do, is set the original image according to *their* aspect ratio. That`s what I was suggesting. If you know ahead of time that whatever picture you put up there will resize to an aspect ratio of 200 x 160 (or whatever I said), then you can make the original the same ratio before uploading.

So open up the doctors, then a new image. In the new image, set it to what you want. Size it up (increase resolution or whatever). Then copy and paste the original into the new canvas. Crop it or stretch the image...etc.

This presupposes you have a graphic image program and know a bit how to use it. Otherwise, email me privately through SuN. I`ll get a copy from you and resize it for you, and we can see if it works. :-)

CraigL,    will email you, as I clueless regarding what you are talking about.  I am truly a novice at all of this.  I did not even think I could build a site until now and your offer to assist me absence of SuN is very  generous.

Email forthcoming…

You know Jackie, I clicked on your link expecting the worst (hey, I`m in the business after all) but given you are on a shoestring you`ve done well.

Within seconds I answered the two golden questions...

"Who are these guys?" and "What can I do here?"

Your message is short, sharp and to the point.  Your target audience will know they are in the right place - and anyone not (like me!) will still get it and leave.  Either way you win.

Beyond a lengthy rant, my sole suggestion at this point is to get an automated list builder on there ("Subscribe to our free newsletter") so you can start accumulating some pre-qualified leads as your site matures.

Yes, the design and code could do with some love but for now it will do until you can afford some professionals.

Bravo.
