This is the website that puts renters on an even footing with landlords.  Renters can:

 

-         Rate landlords.

-         Check out landlords and rental agencies.

-         Post comments about your renting experience.

-         Check out what is available in vacation rentals.

 

You can begin by clicking on the “FORUMS” link on the main menu bar.

 

You can also hang out in our new forums area and share good times with new friends. We even have a forum for those furniture items you no longer need.  You can post them for sale in the forum.

 

We hope you enjoy the website and find it useful. All we ask is that you keep it clean.

Thanks so much for your feedback!  Sorry it took me awhile to respond...I will take this wording into great consideration..I agree that it needs changed...we are also thinking of making better use of space on the front page and shortening everything down and posting some more fun things there too.  Thanks again for your help!  By the way, we added a new map where renters can click on their states and provinces instead of having them all listed out.  Let me know if you like this feature!

Hey BerrySweet3.... I think the site is pretty neat nothing much to say... I just had a suggestion can we change the color combination on the forum page ... i mean it looks quiet dull and not all that catchy... like the other forums do

Good point! I think the forums actually are a color template, where you can choose between a few shades for the title backgrounds, text boxes etc.  But the overall model for the page doesn`t vary.  I will work on this and see what I can do to make it more appealing.  Thanks for the suggestion and I will definitely think of something better.
