Perhaps I need to be a little more thought-provoking with this. I believe that people have developed a fundamental disconnect in their minds regarding what money is vs. what money can do. People have come to perceive money as more of a number and less as a means to an end. Consequently, I think banks need to reattach people to what money actually means to them as opposed to just money as an end in and of itself. Banks should function as a tool; not that they don't already but people need to think of banks more as means of accomplishing an end - thoughts?
