Hey all,
I have recently found this forum and from what I have seen this is the place to be for biz knowledge.
I currently own a industry specific recruiting company with 3 partners. We are going to break into a new indstry1st quarter of 08. We have been trying to come up with the business structure and name. My company Cornerstone is synonymous with construction recruiting; however the new company will focus on healthcare. There are a couple of scenarios we have thought of 1) create a new company called CS Group and run Cornerstone and Cornerstone Healthcare underneath of that or2) name the new company Healthcare recruiting and keep it 100% separate from Cornerstone. All Cornerstone would do is invest into Healthcare recruiting and get a good tax advantage (I`m told)
Does anyone here have any specific knowledge on expanding business and the pros and cons to the above brief synopsis?
