Just wanted to say hello to this forum and see if a veteran could find advice on how to deal with a few issues. Background: I still work FULL TIME. I spent 1&1/2years building www.theinstructorgroup.com . Now I`m close to broke and I`m feeling burnout. A partner and I bootstrapped it (to date), are considering an Angel but don`t want to give up equity in something that can be So Huge because of our margins : ). But we run the risk of running out of operating capital until I can close a few deals that I`m working on.

Our target market: 1-Businesses who need an affordable online training solution and courses in career /leadership success. 2-Business Coaching/consulting firms who want to "add" a new product line on a revenue sharing deal. 3- Individuals like entrepreneurs who are looking for some a little quick online training to help them in key areas of their business.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful - thank you all and I`m glad I found this forum.

Richard
