I am 19 years old and I'm on the U.S on a E1 dependant Visa, my dad is the actual holder of the E1 Visa and I'm just here because I am his dependant, because of this I do not have an SSN. My question here is if I can start my own business with this type of visa. The business I want to start has nothing to do with my dad's business and that is my biggest concern because I don't know if I we are allowed to have another business other than my dad's due to our visa. If I can, where do I start? by this I mean, what is the legal process for starting a new business?
