I`m starting a new company. Several of my clients are asking for credit information etc. Being that I`m a start up company, and a broker of media I have to sign large contracts right away. Without credit history, am I better off teaming with a friend who owns a company that has been in business for 10 years? If so, can I roll my LLC under his corporation as a DBA? This would require using his tax id, correct? If so, how am I able to build credit for the new LLC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are plenty of different sources for helping you to build a strong business credit score, and that would be the first place to start.
