This company has a profit and nonprofit sector, educational resources/methods, tutoring, Christian ministries, and a lot of Humanitarianism plus charity and missionary work worldwide. It is a brand new idea started by Jessica H. Michel from Cooper City, Florida and needs lot of business investors for this startup company. Soinds like you have a similar concept to what I have been involved in for years, and when I saw you mention investors, be careful, you have to be properly registered before you can even use the word investor and share without being a SEC approved entity. 

 

All the best plans for a business can go down the drain without proper structure and compliance issues being completed before you start, so let this be a warning, you have to be careful in this over regulated world we now live in.

 

Having been involved in the 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization for years, this too is somehting you have to properly register if you are to promote any fundraisers, so having a concept is jut the beginning, being in legal compliance should be the second most important aspect of your business plan.

 

Your concept is so similar I just had to warn you of some of the issues we faced.  Since we work with children's issues, help the homeless, feed the poor, educate on internet useage, and even added new division with focus on language translation and learning system, we too had compliance issues to deal with, especailly when we introduced a new Legacy Life Benefit aspect to funding other Non-Profit Organizations.  We learned first hand how the whole fundraising industry is being impacted by this deep recession, so hopefully these tips will help you get your business started on the right foot.
