We thought the Baby Boomer Generation should be commemorated more substantially than with the usual gift ideas so we commissioned and minted a commemorative coin as a collectible item.  We love how it came out.  You can see it on our site www.boomborn.com.  We now want to gage if the Baby  Boomers are interested in this collectible.  We have just launched the site and are looking for feed back.  Let me know what you think.  We have sent out a press release and are selling on e bay as well.  Your thoughts from one boomer to another is it something you would buy?

I guess I don`t understand why I would want to commemorate the group? I could see remembering my birthday or year, what with CRS becoming more of a problem with advancing age, but the whole generation?

I`m inclined to agree with Craig.  And I too am stricken with CRS.

While we fondly remember woodstock, the Beetles, the moon landing, the Three Stooges, color TV, and FM radio history will show our legacy to be Viet Nam, Nixon, and Rambo.  Hardly worth minting.

But hey, I thought Google sounded pretty stupid.
