Yes, networking has a very important role in our career making and the people who are shy or have a public fobia, they should improve their personality if they want to grow their career....

Exactly! This is all because of lack of confidence and communication anxiety. Communication anxiety is also know as public speech anxiety. Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling associated with fear or worry. We all should overcome this fear of speaking to increase our reputation.
