I have agricultural staffing business that is bringing in H2A visa workers (legal workers for US Agriculture) from Mexico.  It is a unique patent pending business model and has as core competencies:

1) the only US H2A Provider with a relationship with the largest Mexican farmer cooperative to source workers (this is important as this relationship makes my company only one in US that can guarantee US Farmer that their H2A Mexican worker has NOT paid a "coyote" fee of $1000 to $5000 to get into H2A visa program, thereby reducing US Farmer`s  contingent liability by $3 to $15 per hour) and,

2) brand development of standards which have been developed with blessing of workers` advocates, such as unions, which will reduce the litigation liability for my company`s farmers.

3) The business model that I operate is a managed service provider and aligns all stakeholders.  It is patent pending, with my company having exclusive license for it in the Ag Labor market segment.

I have been a national speaker on H2A and have written book regarding this subject.

Was delayed by year (during which time initial funds were depleted) as the contractor we signed with to oversee employment of workers, lost license to do business in US.  We now have different contractor and working on first placements.

I have sold rights to market my company`s service exclusively in key state (FL) with strategic partner (family owns 100,000+acres) and working on similar deal in Northwest US.

My immediate need is for $100K to support marketing development and overhead during the next 3 months.  Willing to provide up to 20% of LLC (operations entity) to investor, as well as pay back this money first from operations. 

Have more detailed memorandum, but would need NDA and some background first.

Looking Insurance for Recruiting/Staffing Business:

My friends started Recruting Company in MA and they want to buy the insurance for {$ 1 Million} for business. They currently start placing permanent & contract people in different companies mostly in (IT, Healthcare, Financial, ETC…}.  So companies are start asking us to buy $1 million insurance for consulting contract people we place.

Please can any one let me know how much this insurance cost for year and which company is best or we go with in MA/ New England states.   

If you recommend any reliable insurance company for recruiting/staffing business that will be great and if and one give me the website that will be nice.
