Hi Charles :-) Welcome to the community.

First thought: You have 5 different text colors on your page. And they`re conflicting (color wheel), for the most part. That`s tough on the mind to follow, so you`ll want to pick 2 colors, and use Red only for really really really urgent bullet points.

Right now, you have Red as your main information color, meaning that everything in other colors is unimportant. So the mind and eye just ignores it.

Next: Your tag line does nothing for me, and explains nothing about the company. Up in the green banner, where the "logo" is too small, you have:

Pro Earth Products, Inc. -- "Use our Earth-friendly products."

That makes no sense, for the most part. The immediate question is, "WHAT products?" And so, I looked below the banner. Nowhere did I see in any sort of large, easy-to-read text, WHAT products you`re offering. Are they vitamins, cleaning supplies, explosives, earth movers, boats? :-)

On Web layout, the center column needs some white space at the left. It`s right up against the right margin of the picture of the buckets and cleaners.

Basically, you need some introductory content on your main page. Then, if you want to talk about guarantees and so forth, put that on your "products" page. In the "Our Mission" you continue to talk about great products without mentioning what they are.

Summarizing, I`d take a close look at the content copy writing, then consider if it would be worth the money to hire a freelance writer. Re-examine your strategy of keeping your product(s) a mystery, and decide whether it might be more effective to come right out and tell people what you`re offering to sell.

This whole "Earth-friendly" concept may work for lots of people, but it`s a turn-off for conservatives. This isn`t an issue of "liberal-conservative," but rather an option for you on your projected target market. With a 50-50 split in America, you`re still looking at a potential market of 150-million bodies.

Rather than protecting the Earth, I`d suggest focusing on the health issues, the lack of poisons and chemicals, and the comparitive test results demonstrating that you can clean something REALLY well, yet not have a whole bunch of airborne and contact chemicals surrounding you. That means having a "science" page, where you have real facts and figures.

(I didn`t at all like the "hissing" sound when I passed my mouse over the tabs. How annoying is that!?)

Hi!  I think you probably have a ton of great content, and probably great keyword saturation for your SEO, but you`d see a HUGE improvement in the look and feel by spending a couple hundred dollars to hire a graphic designer to work on your `brand identity`.   They will be able to help you with colors, as well as collateral pieces - letterhead, business card etc.  Marketing and packaging is critical to how your potential customers see you! : )

You can post ads on places like www.guru.com, elance.com, ifreelance.com and you`ll get 60 applicants within a day or two and be able to search their portfolios for a style that you like.

Hi Charles,

I`d like to lend a helping hand.

Home Page: Font type too small.
=> Move your subscribe box to the top and
make it clear to why I`m subscribing.
=> Testimonials are lost in the green font color.

Our Mission: Like this font size and type much better.
I`d like to suggest to use it throughout the site. Keep it
simple and soft on the eyes.

Product Page: Increase the font size.
=> Promote the free sample. You have it hiddent in
tiny font. Bring it forth in red.

Overall, I`m missing a connection with the creator(s)
of this company. You may want to add your story
to connect me. Why you?

I hope you find some value in what I`ve shared.

Continue to make this the best day ever!

Won`t Be Denied!

Ok everyone, I have changed what I can . As for the marketing collateral I have letterheads, business cards, all the stuff for great brand identity but for some reason the web designer did not put this on the site and as for flash I wish I only new how to edit it because I would. When I have some extra cash I will invest in a great web designer who can make the site more of an commerce site than it is right now!

As for the other changes I implemented the ones I knew how so please look at the site once again and let me know what else you think looks wrong. Please tell me why you would not stay as that is my main problem.

Your web site is a marketing tool and sales channel: Marketing is about communication, specifically, communicating in crystal clear and precise terms why your product is relevant to your prospective customers. I wrote an article on copywriting that contains information on communication strategy. There are of course aesthetic aspects as well, but my article doesn`t cover those details. Please post additional questions or ask NHGNikole about the aesthetics; she`s sharp.

Just my 2 cents for SEO ....

Clean up your meta tags. The following is just an example....currently they are not in the correct order, and you need to move the css stuff to an external file and import it...

***
<head>
<title>ProEarthProducts.com - Non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products for your home</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<meta name="keywords" content="Pro Earth Products, environmentally safe products, Super C, Zap EM, Fruit and Vegetable Wash"/>
<meta name="description" content="Real Products that can save your money and help the planet. We feature Super C, Zap EM, Fruit and Vegetable Wash, and many other environmentally safe products."/>
<meta name="revisit-after" content="30 days" />
<meta name="author" content="Pro Earth Products, Inc." />
<meta name="robots" content="all" />
<meta name="distribution" content="Global" />
<meta name="language" content="EN" />
<meta name="copyright" content="Pro Earth Products, Inc., 2007 All Rights Reserved" />
</head>

***

After the body tag, you have this....

<form name="form1" method="post" action="">

There is nothing in the action tag, and the form doesn`t close until nearly the end of the page. This should be done in one small section, not the whole page.

Links need title tags....images need alt tags.

And probably way too many tables on your index page....I`m guessing you could cut your total amount of code in half if you really wanted to.

I ran it through the W3C validator .... 63 errors .... not trying to burst your bubble, just stating things that would really help for search purposes.
