Check out investors who own restaurant businesses or franchises in Entrepreneur magazine and other investor websites. Also post your query on craigslist and see what happens. do pay any up front fees to anyone.

Hopefully you will find someone who has experience and cash flow who is willing to help. Check out Paul T Tran on Twitter. He is a restaurant investor. Don't know him personally though.
