I have a real estate website that allows home owners to list their property for sale or rent.  I'm getting a nice amount of traffic daily, however, the traffic is from renters or buyers looking for properties, not necessarily owners wanting to sell or rent their properties.

With that said, does anyone have any ideas of converting my traffic into subscribers so they are able to submit properties?  Or, using other keywords to attract more home owners to my site?  I'm currently using Google Adwords and extremely impressed with the amount of traffic it's bringing to my site.  Just need to up the ante now and get more properties listed.
