I started a company (www.ChaseLandGroup.com) that finances individuals who want to purchase large acres of land for very little monthy payment (as low as $125 per month).    My problem is that I wear so many hats I don`t have the time, passion, or skill set to sell for the company.   At this point, I only have the capital to pay 100% commission on sales. I  would even entertain stock options in the company in exchange or as a reward for sales if that helped attract good salesman.   Any ideas of how I can locate or find good salesman or potential partners.   Thank you in advance!

There are sales rep companies you could hire.  They work on a commission basis. Since they also have multiple revenue streams from the various companies they represent, your cost could be lower.  You also get more exposure for your company as opposed to having just one salesperson working strictly for you.

How would one find sales reps? Are there any websites, social networking sites, sales rep communities out there?

Do you have websites of sale rep companies that I could contact to hire?

In our company, www.chaselandgroup.com, we have everything but sales covered.    We just need to find a salesman or company that can sell all of our vacant land.
