This Saturday I have the opportunity to pitch my line of pewter ornaments to Country Living magazine. There was a preliminary screening, so I know that by receiving an invitation, there is some interest in my product for an upcoming issue.
I have absolutely no experience in this type of thing. Does anyone out there have any suggestions or guidelines for what I should include? Should I tell a bit about myself and the company or dive right into the ornaments? I`ve got to pull this information together by 9:00 am Saturday. I`ve researched the reader demographics and magazine philosophy. I want to be sure to pull that information into the pitch.
Anyone? Suggestions? Samples of a product pitch? Thanks in advance!
