TJG - not much to review. Good cartoon characters. Now I`m interested to know where this leads.

I`d say teaser is a pretty accurate descriptor - I see a slew of cartoon characters, but I`m not really sure what they`re doing...

Is it going to be a DVD, is it a web-based cartoon, a game?  Gotta give me at least something that resembles a hint about what it`s for.

Equally confusing are the icons along the bottom - some are links, some are not, there`s no indication that they`re links or clickable unless you have audio on and hear that really faint sound cue.

I`ve sounded off about Flash already on this board, so I`ll reiterate that I`m not completely anti-Flash, but I do want it to be usable.  Don`t think this fits the bill as of yet.

Hello TJG,

If this teaser will be used as a website, I have the following comments:

- Why is the homepage totally in flash? At least the footer text below the logo and the page background should be in html to be viewable/readable by anyone who has/doesn`t have flash.

- You should add a text note below to indicate that this site uses flash with a link to where to download it from (unless there is a script that forces that download automatically)

- The flash loading time should be predictable by adding a "preloader" that has some sort of a time or kilobyte or percentage countdown.  You always need to have the website visitor aware of the time he will wait or else she/he will shy off and move to something else (check http://www.swift-egypt.com) .

This is my feedback till I enter the site.  My connection is not very high .

Cheers,

Riham.

Maybe it`s just me, but it took me a couple of seconds to find my cursor. I thought the "sparklies" were just part of the movie.

Since the Tommys World site is"down" for the re-design ... let me give you a little bit more info.

Tommys World is the 1st entertainment company "geared" around big rigs for kids. The animated characters are "big rigs" and their "little kid drivers".

If you follow this link, http://www.gotruckstop.com/cgi-bin/acart/apple-search.pl?&am p;prodcodes=g25c&begin=1&end=5&display=10  , you can learn more about the products and the characters.
