Here is my pb:

- I have an LLC

- I need to open business account

- Bank asked me for EIN (I have it) & filed Statement of Information

- I do not have the returned Statement of Information for CA secreatery of state. I am not even sure they even sent it to me! The bank said they need to have the stamp or filed # on it.

How do I get a new copy??????????

Call the State Corporation Commission, they may fax it or if you used an attorney and they are the registered agent, he or she may have a copy.

First of all? Why are you even saying that you`re an LLC? If you don`t have anything from your state showing that you are an LLC? what makes you think you`re an LLC?
Call your Secretary of State and find out to see if it`s been processed...

I have the article of organization sent back with file # from SOS. Also, they took my $800 for the yearly fee!
