I am about to register an LLC for my new business (OwnerSelect), and I am facing a dilemma.  Do I register it as OwnerSelect, LLC, or do I create a parent company for this and any other future (similar) businesses?

Registering as OwnerSelect will protect future business ventures from legal and financial liability.  I think it would be easier to do business (e.g. banking) this way, as I wouldn`t have to use a different dba name.

Registering a parent company saves me the potential cost and complexity of registering future businesses and filing separate tax returns.

Which way to go?  Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated.
