I really like the look of your site, and I think that you have a really effective sales message.
I felt as if I wanted to click on the featured services, even if they all just link to the one page...
The pictures in your team profile pages would look better if you styled them with float: right so that the text would wrap around them.
I think having the blogs will be a really good way of promoting your site. That has motivated me to do that myself as a way of promoting my own site.
On the subject of colour (as we Aussies spell it
) schemes, I found this tool really useful for finding colours that look good together on a web page.
