Hey,

This may sound silly but  im looking for a name for a surf park located in the Arizona Desert. Its located next to Nevada for tourists to visit. I can`t come up with a name. Please help by just throwing out the first thing that pops up in your head.  Thanks..

Just my ideas:

  • Desert Wave
  • Arizona Hills
  • Arizona Swale Surf
  • Swale Point
  • North of the border surfs

Hidden Wave Gultch

Barrel Surf Mesa

Cutback Canyon

Something indicative of the great names that populate the southwest.

Sand & Surf

or maybe "The Beach", e.g., "let`s go to The Beach"

Good luck!

If having a matching domain name will be important to your marketing you can start looking on these sites. I`ve bought domains from each with good success.

I like that one..."The Beach!"

Excellent test...."Hey, let`s go to....[name]"  :-)

One issue, though, would be if you can trademark a generic term like "beach." Probably not, and that`s important. You could call it "Surf & Turf," but I`m not sure you could trademark that either. Some of the trademark attorneys here could help on that.

How about naming it after some of the famous (Ocean) surfspots in the world, although it might go over the heads of the landlocked.

i.e. Superbank, Rincon, Pipeline, Supertubes, Kirra, Uluwatu, G-land, etc.
