I am looking to buy a hotel for 3.4 million dollars. I have secured all the loans and so forth, now I need a escrow payment of 110,000 dollars. I'm at a loss where to find this money. My family and friends cant help there not wealthy by any means. I am willing to give equity in the business in order to get the funding. Any Ideas?

You say that you don't have the money, then don't buy something that you cannot afford.

Let me get this right.

You say you can't come up with what amounts to 3% of the purchase price but yet you found banks (or other unsuspecting lenders) to come up with millions of dollars in loans? Give me a break.
