 Hello all.  I`m spinning trying to find company with manufacturing/national distribution in the U.S. to license my unique product concept in its professional prototype stage to the novelty and gift market.  It is not patentable.  It is simply and idea.  I have licensed and manufactured products in the past - on a small scale.  Now I am ready to kick out THE BIG ONE.  Not a novice and have paid my dues.  Non-disclosures are nice in theory, but I have found best way to hit market is fast distribution at low cost.  Trademarking is also a waste - i.e., Big Bad Boys can say they`re not interested in product, change the name of product and take it and run.  Would be ideal if I could chat with a fellow entrepreneur who has successfully licensed to large gift/novelty company.   Help!  Thanks.

Why would anyone take a chance with you when many things are against your product?  Don`t be so sure it can`t be "protected" via patent, TM, trade dress, or copyright.
