I am a 67 year old business owner looking to retire but I would like to find a person to take over the operation, development and marketing of my website. With our world exclusive product line we have been tremendously successful with wholesale selling into retail accounts for over 10 years. However, we have never really persued our website business. How can I find a place where I can recruit a qualified individual to join our company as a "non-investment" partner. The annual industry target market for our product is approximately 7.4 billion and we project a minimum internet sales market at between 1 - 3 million dollars annually. Any assistance that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

You need to look at forums and business networking sites to try and recruit a website or web business manager. Only thing is if you are offering stake in the business and no initial pay, then many qualified individual may not be interested initially.
